Free deck of playing cards over here.. Looks spammy (and if you actually read the privacy policy, it states this is an opt-in thing and you will receive emails) — BUT — just generate a disposable 1-hour email address at Jetable.com and you’ll be spam free! (and of course use a fake phone number)
You need to put in a working email address because they do send a confirmation email with a link you need to click to confirm the request.
